rcticle the first: About intellectual property
- The processes used by the company must, if possible, avoid the use of software under closed licence terms,
and prefer the use of software under open-source licences with terms as free as possible.
- The processes created by the company must be shared under free license terms,
and the sources of the various software and programs developped by the company must be open to all.
The only exceptions to this rule being security, and non-divulgation agreements.
- The sharing of knowledge is one of the company's core missions.
rticle the second: About data
- The company firmly opposes the collection of personnal data
and the economy linked to it (sale of personal data, big data economy).
rticle the third : About the employees
- The company shall respect its employees, both at work and in their own personal life,
and shall not expect work of them outside of work hours.

No form of recruitment discrimination shall be tolerated by the company,
and to aide in this endeavour, the company shall develop processes of semi-anonymous recruitment.

No employee shall be discriminated against , no matter their origins, sexuality, appearence,
gender, or life choices. The company acknowleges that such matters solely concern the private lives of their employees.

The company shall decently pay its employees, as best as possible in accordance with the yearly result,
and the salary shall truthfuly reflect the company's capital.

All work is deserving of monetary retribution.

There is no useless job, each employee is useful at their level,
and all of the company's employees shall be shown the same respect and consideration.
